Agras MG-1S

 

The Agras MG-1S integrates the new A3 Flight Controller and a radar detection system that provides additional reliability during flight. The spray system and flow sensor guarantee precise operations. When used with the MG Smart Operations Planning System and DJI Farm Management Platform, a user can plan operations, manage flights in real time, and closely monitor the aircraft's operating status. A3 flight controller

Its algorithm has been optimized for agricultural uses, ensuring stable flight even with dripping liquids. Additionally, the A3's redundant design includes two compasses. If an error occurs in one sensor, the system will automatically switch to the other sensor to continue safe and reliable flight.

 

Radar detection

Three high-precision microwave radars are placed on the front slope, the back slope, and the bottom of the spray tank. Radars on the front and rear slopes detect terrain, allowing the aircraft to adjust its height approximately. Down radar provides high precision height. As radars explore, the MG-1S can sense terrain change, adjust its altitude, and maintain its altitude above crops.

 

Precision spraying

More precise spraying with two compatible pumps controlling the front pair and rear nozzle pair separately, there are now three spray modes available: forward spray, reverse spray and full spray. The new pressure sensor and flow sensor monitor the spray rate in real time, realizing dynamic control over speed and amount of spray during operation. Nozzles with extended arms have been used to make better use of downward airflows. This spray system now responds more precisely to commands, adding precision and effectiveness to spray operations.

DJI MG Flight Planning System

Plan and edit flight routes intelligently with the MG-1S. When you set the amount of liquid per area, the aircraft will calculate the remaining parameters for you, improving convenience. You can also choose between Efficient Mode and Intensive Spray Mode for different operating needs.

 

Professional Controller

The MG-1S controller includes a bright 5.5-inch / 1080p display that is visible even in bright sunlight. With a built-in operations planning system, users can use the controller to increase work efficiency. The controller battery supports a work time of up to 5 hours, allowing long-lasting external operations.

 

DJI Farm Management Platform

DJI provides a complete spray management platform in conjunction with the MG-1S. Use the platform to monitor the flight status of each aircraft, master the spray status, and manage your spray equipment to improve work efficiency. You can also assign fields to each operator and verify the displayed fields. Optimized mechanical structure

The MG-1S's frame arm is detachable and the landing gear is optimized, reducing potential maintenance costs. A waterproof film has been added to protect ESCs. The liquid valve was placed on the side of the supply pump, and the supply pump is located above the spray tank, making liquid injection, disassembly and cleaning more convenient.

 

Intelligent flight battery

The MG-1S uses a smart battery with a capacity of 12000mAh, which can float for 22 minutes * without charge. A protective cover and heavy duty shock absorbers are applied outside of the battery, and the cables are also well protected for safety and reliability. In addition, the battery provides a more stable voltage, extending its life.
