General description

NIVIAN simulated camera not operational

With a similar resemblance to that of an authentic video surveillance camera, but without the ability to capture images. Made up of a typical infrared outdoor dome camera, but without the electronics, to make it more economical, but that, at first glance, it is not possible to differentiate from a working camera.

It also has 30 red LEDs that are automatically activated by reducing the lighting in the environment, just like real cameras. Economical and easy to install, it can be used as a decoy, being installed in plain sight and hiding the true CCTV system in a hidden place. In this way, in case of theft, attacks will take place against the simulated camera, while the cameras of the video surveillance system will be safe and will capture all the images without being discovered. It can also be used without a backup system, as a simple deterrent, thus avoiding intrusions or vandalism in the presence of a camera.
