Right of withdrawal

Our goal is to have satisfied customers, and if someone is not happy with your purchase you have 14 NATURAL days to return your product FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE SAME. A return can be voluntary, due to a change in size or because the product is defective.

Excluded from withdrawal, products classified as consumables (batteries, light bulbs, fuses, wear of parts or threads, ...)

The conditions to return a product are the following:

1) The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must keep, as far as possible, its original packaging and labeling.

2) The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope that we have sent you, or in its defect in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

3) A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, indicating the products returned and the reason for the return. If you do not have it, you can print it from the section My Account> My Orders.

Once these conditions are met you have to send an email to indicating:

- Order number

- Reasons for return

- Product of return.

We will contact you to arrange an hour with our logistics distributor and this will come to pick up the product to return. Once the product is returned, when you arrive at the reception facilities indicated in response to your request, we will examine that you meet the return conditions detailed above. This process can take a maximum of 7 days and if everything is correct we will proceed to pay you on your credit card or paypal account the amount of the purchase, except for the cost of the logistics operator to come and pick up the product that is € 15, in the case that the good that by its nature can not be returned normally by mail (envelope or letter)

The product must be in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise the good will suffer a depreciation.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Once the goods have been received, and after checking the status of the same, the amount will be reimbursed in the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the payment method made by the customer. The maximum term for the return of the amount paid by the consumer for the products purchased, is 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

In order for the product to be returned, a series of requirements must be met:

- The product must be in perfect condition or in the situation in which it was delivered (not damaged or soiled by the customer). You must keep your packaging (otherwise the good suffers a depreciation) and original labeling with all the accessories, instructions and documentation that accompanied it.
- The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope sent by GROUP 24HR STORE SLU or, failing that, a protective box and / or equivalent to the one received, which guarantees the status of the item while it is in its original packaging. It must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or invoice. Packages can not be returned in which there is no attached element that allows the sender to be identified (order no., Name, address ...).
If the return of the product was not accepted by GROUP 24HR STORE SLU. for not complying with the above requirements, the product / s will remain in the distribution warehouse to be picked up by the client, for a period not exceeding thirty days from its return, or it will be returned if requested the client by the means of transport that he indicates, and in such case the right of reimbursement will not proceed.
