DJI Care Refresh protection plan that offers affordable replacement service and coverage for accident damage. This plan has a duration of 2 years and offers up to 3 substitutions and gives the opportunity to use Flyway coverage twice.

In the event that the accident was due to water, collisions or a missing aircraft, the product will be fully replaced for a small additional cost to pay.

The first DJI Care Refresh replacement fee is €239, the second is €289, and the third finally up to €339. In the case of using the substitution available for Flyaway coverage, there will be a substitution fee of €1,139.

Flyaway coverage covers situations where the aircraft disappears during flight, to use it in DJI Care Refresh users will need to link their DJI account and remote controller to their aircraft with the DJI Fly app.
